Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused and in its original condition
• With tags attached
• In the original Packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at mail@bugshirt.com Items send back without first requesting a return will not be  accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at mail@bugshirt.com if:

• The items is defective
• Damaged, or
• You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right

Duties, Taxes and Refused Parcels

We ship with duties and taxes prepaid whenever possible. In most cases, your order will arrive without additional charges.

However, customs authorities may occasionally apply duties, taxes, or brokerage fee beyond our control. If these charges are requested, they are the responsibility of the recipient

 

NOTE: If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to such charges, the order will be returned to us at our expense. Any refund issued will be reduced by the return shipping fees and any costs incurred due to refusal. 

 

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: items must ne unworn, unused, and in original condition wit packaging and tags.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment within 10 Business Days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit cards companies to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@bughsirt.com
