The costs for shipping our products as shown on the order form are as follows:

(these charges are per order, regardless of the number of items, except where the destination is a country other than Canada or the USA)

In certain circumstances where the actual shipping cost would be significantly more than our posted flat rate, we reserve the right to contact you before shipping, to discuss the available options.

XpressPost – $18.00

International:

International Air Mail Small Packet service – $21.00

*International Air Mail Small Packet service – may take up to 8 weeks, but more usually 2-4 weeks. Please note, this option is not trackable.

International XpressPost service – $68.00 - may take up to 8 days

Refund / Exchange Policy

If you find you need to send anything back to us, for an exchange if the size or colour is not appropriate, or for a refund if it just doesn’t work out for you, then please call us first to let us know it’s coming back.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
