RETURNS

Refund / Exchange Policy

If you find you need to send anything back to us, for an exchange if the size or colour is not appropriate, or for a refund if it just doesn’t work out for you, then please call us first to let us know it’s coming back.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $12
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $18
  • FREE SHIPPING - all orders of $150+

Shipping within the lower 48 states of the USA:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-12 Business Days - $10
  • Express Shipping: 3-6 Business Days - $16

Order Processing Time

  • We process orders in 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. 

Tracking your Order

  • You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Use it to follow your delivery through the carrier's link. 

Remote Areas

  • If you live in a remote or rural area,  delivery may take a bit longer (1-3 extra days). Express shipping is a good option for faster delivery. 

*Unclaimed Packages*

  • If items are returned to us because the customer did not pick them up, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items. 
  • If the customer decides not to have the items re-shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
