Shipping policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Duties & Taxes
We ship all orders with duties and taxes prepaid whenever possible. In most cases, this means your parcel should arrive without additional charges.

However, customs authorities and carriers may occasionally apply extra duties, taxes, or brokerage fees beyond our control. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

⚠️ If a parcel is refused due to such charges, it will be returned to us at our expense. Any refund will be reduced by the return shipping fees and any costs incurred due to refusal.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at mail@bugshirt.com and we’ll help investigate.

European Union
For EU customers, please note that while duties and taxes are generally prepaid, customs may still require additional information or apply charges outside of our control.
